Your primary focus will be overseeing the cargo operations of our vessels within the Southeast Asia Region. Your responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders to ensure efficient cargo operations, guiding and ensuring that stevedores follow our company’s standards, and properly documenting the operational processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with the local agent and fleet vessel operators to dispatch vessels safely in port. It is also expected that you generate weekly and monthly management reports, follow instructions from the shipping and operations division and company leaders, and perform any other tasks assigned to you from time to time.

In terms of safety, you are required to take responsibility for your own safety and the safety of those around you by demonstrating safety leadership principles. This includes challenging and stopping unsafe acts, behaviors, or conditions, as well as complying with Global Safety Standards, Policies, and Operating Procedures.
