**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the effective and efficient use of technology resources.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including hardware and software maintenance, network administration, and security.
- Work closely with other departments to identify technology needs and solutions, and to develop and implement IT projects.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring that all products and services are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring that all expenditures are in line with company goals and objectives.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry, and provide guidance to the organization on how to leverage these technologies to improve business performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in IT management or related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects and teams.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Experience in developing and managing IT budgets.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
