**Job Description**:

- Provides overall managerial leadership and technical expertise to team members including managing budget, work plan, project commitments and resources.
- Lead the planning, development and implementation of business continuity plans for all environments working with business units and office of IT.
- Leading and executing the change management activities for new projects. This includes developing the formulation of change strategy to execution of the changes which includes achieving buy-in, managing business change impact analysis and readiness assessment
- Create and adapt technological platforms to improve the client experience.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and establish regular maintenance.
- Other Ad-Hoc Duties

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, of Information Technology or equivalent, with minimum 3 years' experience in Information.
- Demonstrated leadership and adaptability, with willingness to readily and voluntarily take ownership of highly challenging tasks and problems, even beyond initial scope of responsibility.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus despite conflicting demands.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have a positive attitude and excellent team player
