Responsibilities:

- Provide administration support to the external sales personnel & sales related activities
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Prepare weekly & monthly sales report
- Perform general clerical duties such as maintaining files, typing, data entry, processing Purchase Orders
- Correspond with vendors regarding prices, product availability, and delivery.
- Coordinate/expedite the arrival of shipment / delivery to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Manage PO issuance, monitor shipments, and delivery dates
- Proper document filing for audit retrieval
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Training on system & Product Knowledge will be provided

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- With or without working experience are welcomed to apply
- Meticulous, responsible, proactive & positive working attitude
- Independent, a good team player & with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to complete task within stipulated deadline
- Able to start work immediately

Qualification:
O level & above

Working Area:
Tuas (transport will be provided at Tuas West Road MRT station)

Working hour:
Monday to Friday ( 8-5pm), alternate Saturday (8-3pm)

Benefit:
Annual leave, medical claim, yearly bonus etc

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $2,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)
