Our Client in the Automotive Industry is looking for a Service Coordinator to join them.

**Position: Service Coordinator (Automotive)**

**Salary**: $2,200 - $2,800 + OT

Location: West

Working Hours / Days: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Thurs) / 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri) / 8.30am -12.30pm (Alt Sat Off)

**Responsibilities**:

- Knows and applies the service process steps and knows all organisational interfaces and structures
- Knows the relevant KPIs for his or her target achievement
- Ensures the smooth cooperation between all interfaces
- Supports the Service Advisor with acquisition activities and marketing campaigns
- Conducts follow up calls
- Promotes the whole range of vehicle parts and accessories
- Calling customer for appointment when receive tele-service tickets and close up the ticket once completed
- Handle PDI post-delivery issues
- Calling customer for back order parts and book them in accordingly
- Receives the customer demands regarding workshop appointments, customer complaints and price enquiries
- Makes sure that all customer data are updated
- Organise and prepares the customer appointments for the Service Advisors
- Estimates costs and time for work to be carried out and informs the customer continuous to ensure smooth delivery of the vehicles
- Supports the Service Advisors in the settlement of accident claims
- Coordinates replacement vehicles for customers (if desired)
- Generates and hands over the customer invoice to the Service Advisor
- General administration of all customer-related data and affairs
- Ensures a professional and individual customer care
- Observes the regulations regarding order and cleanliness
- Greeter during peak hours
- Assist Service Receptionist on incoming phone calls for Sales, Marketing and Aftersales Department by taking down messages and ensure follow-ups are done by respective personnel
- Stand-in as Service Advisor on Saturday duty and whenever there is a need to do so

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of relevant working experience or customer facing / handling experience
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills; cultural sensitivity and demonstrated ability to work with diverse people groups
- Able to handle stress and a good team-player
- Comfortable to commit to weekends and OT
- Polished, articulate and well-presented individual with excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in the Automotive, Aviation, Retail Sales or Service industry will be an added advantage
- Positive attitude and commitment to adhere to and administer company policies, procedures and standards
