**Finance Executive-AR**
**Reporting to Financial Controller**

**Responsibilities**:

- In charge of Account Receivables functions, ensure all invoices are raised in accordance with agreed credit terms, accurate sales recognition and posting of receipts are up to date
- Work closely with Sales & Customer Services Departments on revenue forecast and performance report
- Ensure timely deposit and recording of cash collections
- Perform credit review for new customers/projects
- Maintain and ensure customer data are up to date
- Assist to streamline AR related policies and procedures
- Prepare management reports schedules and variance analysis
- Prepare revenue and GP (Gross Profit) analysis
- Prepare and send SOA to customers and follow up on outstanding debts
- Fixed asset and inventory management
- Prepare GST reporting
- Assist to liaise with auditors/tax agents
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

**Requirement**:

- Chinese Speaker is preferred.
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience in Account Receivables functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Meticulous, committed and detail oriented
- Strong analytical skills with knowledge of analytical tools will be an advantage
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
