Singapore OCULUS PRIVATE LIMITED Full time

**General Ledger (GL)**
- Perform day-to-day posting of general ledger entries
- Perform full aspect of cost allocations, record accruals / prepayments, process reversals not limited to ad-hoc JV
- Perform period end closing activities and liaising with other teams as required
- Perform WIP Closing inventory adjustment

**Sales Related (AR)**
- Commission Computation
- Aging Reports
- Debit and Credit Note issuance
- Royalties computation

**Inter-company (IC)**
- Participate in IC reporting and IC closes
- Respond to escalated IC queries and issues
- Intercompany reconciliation

**Quarterly GST Submission**
- Prepare quarterly GST in Form 5

**Audit and Compliance**
- Ensure current processes, operations, systems, databases and information security are up to date and comply with proper accounting and legal principles/policies/procedures
- Support auditors and legal authorities with the execution of required activities - ensure staff and information are available as required

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Bachelor Degree (Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent)
- Preferred experienced in Dynamics Navision System
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Minimum 5 years of finance related experience in handling GL/AR
- A good team player with min supervision and the ability to multi-task
- Meticulous with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
