**The Company**

Our client is a global consulting firm working with a global Investment Management Group. We are looking for a Operation Analyst to support our client on a large-scale project. This is a 12 months contract with possibility of extension.

In this pivotal role, you'll provide transition support to the BAU operations team. This position will ensure operational functions for private asset investments are performed on a timely and accurate basis by the Private Assets Services Team.

**The Role**
- Manage General Partners capital call and distribution processes
- Calculate daily cash projections, including adjustments for VCC funding
- Monitor and communicate funding needs for different portfolios to ensure timely funding obligations.
- Manage end-to-end transactions for new investments
- Maintain accurate records of private asset transactions in Portfolio Management System
- Handle setup and maintenance of new investments, investors, and funds
- Validate market value differences between PMS and Fund Administrator monthly NAVs
- Track and plan quarterly dividend distribution
- Assist with stakeholder queries related to private assets
- Identify and tag FX hedge transactions for reporting
- Assist in fund launches, commitment closing including rebalancing computations
- Participate in regulatory surveys, audits etc
- Coordinate with operations teams and service providers including custodians, fun administrator, transfer agent, valuation agent and auditor to ensure tasks are handled within timeline
- Process capital calls/distribution notices and oversee payments
- Manage access to external web portals and maintain General Partners contact list

**Your Requirement**
- Bachelor Degree of Business Administration, Accounting, Banking and Finance or related.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Investment operations of insurance / fund management / banking & finance industry
- Strong in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Settlement knowledge of various investment instruments
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong initiatives, able to multi-task and work under pressure
