**Our Expectations**:

- Setting up and maintain the Lobby Lounge and ensure that all foods and drinks are properly displayed, prepared and served while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Takes ownership of lounge’s fixtures, wares to ensure tiptop operating condition and if necessary, any malfunctioning equipment.
- Manage sufficient and timely requisition of F&B operating equipment/fixtures to ensure the lounge is well stocked at all times.
- Handles guest complaints and concerns.
- Take orders and serve guests their food & beverage orders.
- Plan and roster Associates for duty ensuring sufficient manning coverage.
- Train, guide and coach Associates on F&B service standards and the ability to recommend and upsell F&B items. Ensure immaculate grooming standards at all times.
- Interact with guests and provide feedback to Culinary team on food items served.
