JR18972 Manager, Facilities Sustainability Program
As Manager of l Facilities Sustainability Program, you will be an integral member of the facilities Innovation and Integration Group responsible for sourcing and implementing renewable energy Power Purchase Agreement(PPA) to meet Micron’s Sustainability goals. You will also assist the team to organizational effectiveness and developing the Sustainability execution plan (including Network coordination).
In this role you will need to work closely with Teams from Global and Site Facilities, Global EHS, Global Procurement, Corporate Finance, Risk Management and Manufacturing Central Team, as well as external industry agencies and consultants to fulfill the position and group responsibilities.
**Responsibilities and Duties include, but not limited to**:
- Define and develop the roadmap for the long-term Sustainability strategy with close collaboration with Global Facilities, Global EHS, OCT, Global Procurement, Legal and other relevant departments
- Lead the Site effort to implement, monitor and drive continuous improvement to drive the success of Micron’s Sustainability programs in alignment with the long-term Sustainability strategy
- Lead coordinator with Facilities Discipline Subject Matter Experts, Global Environmental Group, Manufacturing Production and Support Group on the BKMs for the 4 pillars of Sustainability (Energy, Emission, Water and Waste) to meet Sustainability BIC
- Monitor, measure and report out the Sustainability Performance across company from regular newsletter to routine Executive summary report
- Build and mature the Site’s Sustainability Database including analyses and audit the integrity of the data and weight the benefits of all the programs/decisions leading towards Micron’s long-term Sustainability commitments
- Drive sustainability data governance implementation and sustaining operations to ensure integrity of all the sustainability data for internal/external reporting
- Stay informed of the technical, market, and regulatory developments on all Environmental Sustainability area in for the relevant industry and communicate key trends, risks and potential impacts to management
- Take an active role in regulatory processes and influence the design of latest sustainability solutions offered by utilities and other suppliers
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (10 to 20 % at times)
- Prepare executive reports, communications, and training on Micron's Sustainability performance, support internal and external inquiries concerning sustainability issues

- Help team members learn, grow and stay current on latest sustainability development that will support and enhance their area of expertise
- Encourage the team and network to innovate and to be creative
- Plan and schedule program timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
**Education**
Required: Bachelor's degree in a business, sustainability, corporate responsibility, engineering or related field
Desired: Certification in Energy Management, Sustainability, Engineering or related field of study
**Experience**
- 3+ years’ experience in Facilities or Sustainability and Environmental Engineering fields
- Innovation mindset leadership to challenge boundaries and encourage others to step outside of their comfort zone
- Experience in managing multiple projects and collaborating with all internal and external stakeholders and consultants
- Strong interpersonal skill set, ensuring clear and sound communication
- Capable of compiling executive level reports and presentation materials
- Proficient with Microsoft Office include PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
- Program and project management experience
**Additional advantages**:
- Experience in Taiwan and Japan Renewable Energy market and environmental sustainability reporting
- Experience working with detailed financial models of renewable energy projects, identifying key risks and sensitivities, and leading all related due diligence efforts (financial, commercial, technical, development)
- Experience in electrical grid interconnection processes
