Senior Specialist, Display and Video Advertising

**Job Responsibilities**:

- Media planning including advertising budget planning and budget maintenance.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance against campaign KPIs.
- Regular reporting of advertising plans and performance to various stakeholders.
- Develop engaging content for all, display and video ads channels.
- Conceptualise and request for creative assets for all digital marketing channels, including banners, videos, dynamic ads and more.
- Evolve all paid marketing channels ongoingly to improve the overall strategy, tactics, and performance.
- Close collaboration with product managers, category managers and business units.

**Pre-Requisites**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience within digital marketing.
- Practical experience in placing Display Ads, Programmatic Ads and Video Ads.
- Experience with Google Ads, DV360 and other Google Stacks.
- Experience in media planning and execution on a regional/global level.
- Experience dealing with ecommerce metrics and KPIs.
- Analytical skills to interpret and present data to high-level stakeholders.
- Interpersonal skills to collaborate with global stakeholders.
- Time management skills to take on multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Team oriented, ability to work in a matrix organization, effectively and autonomously
