Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience working in a marketing and client support role in a troubleshooting capacity.
- Experience with Google Advertising products.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience using Display and Video 360, YouTube, Google Ads, or other online display advertising systems.
- Experience in sales, customer service, account management, marketing, or consulting.
- Experience with one or more of the following languages: HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, SQL, or Python.
- Experience in a client-facing role within a technical industry.
- Excellent communication skills.

**About the job**:
In addition to troubleshooting on the customer side, we work with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams within Google to develop better tools and services and improve our products based on the evolving needs of our users.

The Global Customer Experience team plays a critical role in Google's success, supporting Sales, advertisers, and Product teams to enhance our support offering.

In this role, you will act as a critical means of specialist support for Sales teams and our customers. You will become a product expert, focused on manage troubleshooting tasks so that the Sales teams can concentrate their efforts on client-specific activities. You will be responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders to provide communication on customer issues and questions, including problem prioritization, analysis, and resolution of issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prioritize and deliver outstanding customer service, troubleshooting and resolving issues from Google's advertising customers, agencies, partners, and Sales teams.
- Engage with cross-functional partners to identify and resolve product bugs/issues.
- Contribute to the development of internal products and processes by advocating for the customer and identifying product enhancements, and ensuring products launch with customer usability in mind and developing documentation and training materials.
- Identify support opportunities and deliver solutions to scale or otherwise improve Google’s support operations.
