We are looking for a passionate and hands-on **Retail Shop Manager**to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our children’s clothing store. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a vibrant retail environment, has a flair for customer service, and is ready to take ownership of store success.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Team Leadership**
- Recruit, train, and manage Sales Associates and part-timers
- Set clear goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and guide staff developmentCultivate a positive, motivated, and team-oriented culture

**Sales & Customer Experience**
- Drive store sales by setting targets and executing effective sales strategies
- Ensure every customer receives warm, helpful, and personalized serviceResolve customer feedback or issues professionally

**Store Operations**
- Oversee inventory flow - including ordering, receiving, and stock accuracy
- Maintain attractive and on-brand visual merchandisingEnsure store cleanliness, safety, and daily operational efficiency

**Financial & Administrative Management**
- Manage store expenses and monitor budget targetsReport sales performance and contribute to pricing and promotional planning

**Loss Prevention**
- Implement and uphold in-store security procedures
- Educate team on loss prevention and handle incidents where necessary

**Who You Are**:

- Proven retail management experience, preferably in apparel (children’s wear is a plus)
- A natural leader with strong people-management skills
- Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities
- Organized, proactive, and knowledgeable in retail operations
- Comfortable with POS systems, retail software, and Microsoft Office tools
