**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the expansion and launch of new payment solutions for the Company’s exclusive campaigns as well as partner management for strategic partners
- Drive the development and implementation of payment acceptance and strategies
- Identify and source partnership opportunities and manage the relationship of payment partners
- Discuss and create business possibilities with potential/existing partners such as financial institutions of different sectors and discuss partnerships that can contribute to the growth of various local payment markets
- Identify suitable payment options and payment providers to enhance the new payment solutions and deliver the best payment experiences to merchants and consumers
- Work with the team to get an in-depth understanding of the market, clarify business requirements and practices, and provide constructive and insightful inputs for the development of new payment products and features that meet the specific needs of merchants
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional colleagues to determine key business terms and achieve company targets
- Be a sounding board to working-level project teams and/or stakeholders with objectives to resolve inefficiencies and roadblocks, and to keep the projects against its agreed timelines
- Independently lead and complete the special projects assigned by senior management team
- Coach and mentor junior members of the team

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of Payment-related experience
- Strong knowledge of Payment and Banking business ecosystem, payment business development practices, and a comprehensive understanding of Payment-related mainstream products
- Successful track record in new accounts acquisition, building partnership relationships and driving revenues
- Strong commercial understanding of digital payments solutions, specifically in the financial services/fintech industry
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with numerous stakeholders
- Analytical and independent with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent command of English and Chinese languages, both written and verbal
