As a Head of Compliance, you will be expected to:

- Manage relationships with regulators and partners, and handle queries, clarifications, and address concerns arising from AML and compliance activities.
- Monitor new services and product launches to ensure compliance with existing legal and regulatory requirements and guidelines.
- Create regular regulatory performance reports for the company, such as recommendations on strategy.
- Responsible for building a comprehensive compliance and anti-money laundering management system for various licensed entities and business lines of the cross-border payment company.

You are expected to bring with you:

- At least 10 years of compliance experience within cross-border payments or FinTech industry.
- Strong knowledge about payment services and cross border payments.
- Excellent communicator with strong inter-personal and influencing skills.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration skills
