**Job Summary**

We are on the hunt for a **Marketing Executive** with a **strong background in sports or football organisations** and a **proven track record** in marketing strategy and execution. This role will play a key part in building our brand presence, engaging football communities, and driving sponsorship visibility through innovative marketing efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Plan and Execute Campaigns**: Run targeted marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to promote programmes, events, and football academies.
- **Brand & Content Management**: Create football-specific content (videos, graphics, reels) and manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- **Sponsor & Partner Activation**: Support sponsorship acquisition and ensure proper activation and reporting. Prepare decks, media kits, and recaps.
- **Event Support**: Drive pre-event hype, on-ground marketing coverage, and post-event media delivery.
- **Monitor Performance**: Track digital performance (ads, SEO, website traffic) and recommend improvements using data analytics tools.
- **Market Research**: Stay ahead of football marketing trends locally and globally to maintain brand relevance.
- **Reports**:

- Ad hoc task assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of **marketing experience in a sports or football-focused organisation.**:

- Must show a **strong portfolio or proven track record** in campaign performance, community growth, or brand development.
- **Skills**:

- Strong storytelling and writing skills tailored for sports audiences.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
- Strong passion for football is **essential**.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,488.00 per month
