**What we are looking for**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the manager in planning and executing strategic marketing campaigns to help the company to achieve membership sign-ups on Group’s membership entitles - 33 Club and our Group Members’ club.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new members and retaining existing ones.
- Assist in membership drives, plan member events, and create and implement outreach strategies to expand the membership base as well as engage with existing members.
- Asssist to oversee membership campaigns, including on-site sales, direct mail, and Public Relation media marketing, and work towards increasing members’ involvement and level of support.
- Ensuring that plans and messaging are aligned with business strategy, reinforce brand positioning, and are delivered effectively to targeted audiences.
- Manage and update the digital platforms of the member entities including website and social media platforms.
- Assist in designing and delivering scalable marketing programs and campaigns that provide value-added content that is suited to clients’ and prospects’ needs as well as interests.
- Collaborating across teams to develop key messages for campaigns, programs, and content syndication.
- Collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategic marketing plans including defining success criteria, measuring the effectiveness of initiatives, and reporting on results.
- Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders.
- Keep up to date with market developments and competitor strategies.

**Requirements**:

- A good degree in Business or Marketing with a minimum of 1 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in the Hospitality industry; **OR**:

- At least 1 years of relevant work experience in a similar client role, or advertising/marketing/consulting agency.
- **Ability to cultivate relationships to leverage for business growth opportunities.**:

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and immediately respond to internal and external key stakeholders in a professional manner that maintains and develops relationships.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Strong work ethic and self-starter.
- Extremely comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with limited resources.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $3,000.00 per month
