- Follow safety procedures and protocols to prevent injuries and ensure a safe work environment.
- Report any safety concerns, incidents, or near-miss incidents to supervisors or safety personnel.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to perform manual labor tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and take directions from skilled workers and supervisors.
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.

**Physical requirements**
- Role involves handling and moving items weighing up to 23 kg as part of daily operations.
- Work requires physically demanding activities, including standing, walking, and climbing during routine tasks.
- Duties may be performed in outdoor environments, with exposure to varying weather conditions as required by operational needs.

**Education**
- Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent.
