Our client is a global hospitality operator. They are looking for an Executive, Digital Analyst to assist the Loyalty & Digital Marketing team.
【 What you will be doing 】
- Assist the Loyalty & Digital Marketing team to implementing marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling data including targeted markets, preferences, recency, frequency, market segments, channels, and devices into each of the digital campaigns including EDMs
- Collate all the digital campaign post-marketing reports, analyze and summarize sales data
- Review and monitor member promotions on the brand website and booking engine, to ensure they are aligned and logical
- Analyze the numbers across the various stages of the conversion funnels to identify gaps and opportunities
- Assist the Loyalty & Digital Marketing team members with day-to-day digital marketing tasks and coordinating projects and activities
- Liaison with the Brand and Marcom team for the content and marketing materials for EDMs
- Assist the Properties with setting up and scheduling EDMs
- Communicate with Loyalty Members on their queries, feedback, and comment and engage them with timely responses
- Set up tracking systems (start/end date) for marketing campaigns and online activities and communicate with various stakeholders within the organization
- Updates job knowledge by reading online trade publications, Cachet and attending internal training results, conclusions, and recommendations to stakeholders
- ** Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst, Loyalty program, or a similar role
- Complete knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and techniques
- Familiarity with various digital marketing tools and software like Google Analytics, Sitecore, and Google AdWords
- Understanding of SEO/SEM
- Highly motivated and creative individual
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage strict deadlines
- **Working Hour**: 8:30 ~ 18:00
