**Job Description
As a leading commercial Interior Design firm with over 30 years standing in Singapore and regionally, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Creative Designer to lead and inspire our team of highly creative and technical professionals.

The project work to be undertaken focuses mainly on Corporate Offices projects - new and renewed.

As the Manager of the design team, he or she must be willing to take on a senior professional position and provide good mentorship to junior staffs as well as assistance in the marketing and management of our ever-growing firm.

**Responsibilities
- Define and maintain an on-brand project aesthetic appropriate to the

market, neighborhood, and internal design ethos;
- Develop layouts and finish packages to insure project approach follows

clients’ brand standards and best practices;
- Gather inspiration from multiple sources, generating mood packages

and translating mood into successfully designed and executed spaces;
- Derive and develop concept/mood strategies and successfully

implement them from concept phase through project execution;
- Provide close guidance to supporting team members to identify, select

and specify products to meet the project requirements;
- Develop pre-construction/bidding documentation that clearly conveys

design intent and documents product and vendor selections.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to present the design

ideas/concept to clients’.
