**Job Summary
You are joining a highly skilled and motivated software development and testing team on a mission to develop control software for high precision semiconductor assembly and packaging equipment. Together with your colleagues you are making an impact on the full development cycle of new features, product enhancement, troubleshooting and debugging both in simulation as well as on the machines in our engineering lab. This position will be based in our headquarters in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**
- Diagnose and analyze software defect, formulate effective resolution.
- Contributing to cross-functional development projects and facilitates collaboration between teams and other stakeholders across disciplines.
- Performs software product testing according to the company's overall development and testing processes
- Analyzes requirements and develops tests suitable for new features within the appropriate environment
- Participates in design and code reviews
- Tests products at all levels: Workflow, Unit, Application, Performance
- Specifies and writes test cases, both automated and manual tests
- May write code for software testing tools and automation framework
- Creates metrics to analyze process and product performance

**Knowledge & Experience requirements**
- Master/Bachelor’s in software/Computer/Mechanical/ Robotics Engineering or Computer Science.
- 5-8 years relevant working experience in Software QA
- Rich experiences in Software Development Life Cycle for large scale and complex system.
- Good knowledge in Object Oriented Software Design Methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Independent with project management skills and ability to work under tight schedule.
- Positive attitude, effective communication and team player.
