The Global Ready Talent (GRT) programme is the flagship programme administered by the Young Talent division in Enterprise Singapore, that supports thousands of graduating students across ITE, polytechnics and universities annually. You will drive the engagement of partners, such as trade associations and schools, to increase quality local and overseas internships under the GRT. You will also be encouraged and challenged to come up with other ways to bridge the gap between young talent who want meaningful and quality local and overseas work opportunities, and talent needs of local enterprises.

**What you will be working on**
- Build relationships and account manage trade associations and schools, so that we can drive up the number of quality local internships and overseas internships - Develop toolkits to support companies in providing quality internships and overseas internships - Support the building of a strong employer brand, and in campus outreach efforts - Drive new initiatives to meet the objective of channeling young talent to high-growth local enterprises - Track KPIs and achievements under the Global Ready Talent (GRT) programme

**What we are looking for**
- Self-starter with at least 5 years of work experience, which would preferably include some time spent in talent attraction - Adaptable and resilient, with a learning mindset - Interest in the human capital domain preferred, as EnterpriseSG offers rich career development opportunities to specialise across different human capital technical domains, or to share/ teach this to the companies we support
