**Role Overview**

We are seeking a results-oriented **SEO Specialist**with a proven track record of developing and implementing SEO roadmaps that significantly increase website traffic. This role is primarily focused on planning and strategizing SEO initiatives, setting clear goals, and ensuring the SEO team effectively executes the roadmap. The role also involves collaboration with multiple teams to deliver a cohesive SEO strategy that aligns with business objectives. A working knowledge of WordPress and PHP is advantageous to collaborate effectively with web development and SEO team members.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Planning**:Develop comprehensive SEO roadmaps and strategies to drive traffic growth, improve search rankings, and achieve business goals.
- **Leadership & Coordination**:Guide and oversee the SEO team, ensuring alignment with the roadmap, and monitor performance against KPIs.
- **Content Optimization**:Work with content teams to ensure all published content is optimized for target keywords and adheres to SEO best practices.
- **Link Building Strategy**:Develop and oversee link-building initiatives to strengthen domain authority and improve off-page SEO performance.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and traffic analysis to refine strategies. Present progress reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices, ensuring seamless integration across all platforms.
- **Website Updates**:Make real-time updates and changes to the website to ensure SEO strategies are implemented effectively and promptly.
- **Technical SEO**:Identify and resolve on-page and off-page SEO issues, providing recommendations to optimize website architecture, performance, and usability.
- **A/B Testing & Landing Page Optimization**:Conduct A/B testing to refine landing pages and improve conversion rates.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, tools, and algorithm changes, proactively adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in SEO, with demonstrable success in developing and executing SEO roadmaps that increase organic traffic and conversions.
- Expertise in keyword research, SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs), and performance tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to meet strategic objectives.
- Experience in A/B Testing: Knowledge of conducting A/B testing to optimize landing pages and improve conversion rates.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate strategies, goals, and insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in WordPress, with the capability to promptly implement website changes and optimizations as needed.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals is a plus.
