SEO Specialist

ClinicMind is a leading provider of software solutions for US healthcare practices, specializing in practice management, EHR, and billing services. The company focuses on helping clinics optimize their operations, increase revenue, and deliver superior patient care. Currently, ClinicMind is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join the marketing team and spearhead the generation of high-quality leads through search engine optimization.As the SEO Specialist at ClinicMind, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing SEO strategies to enhance our organic visibility and attract leads from healthcare professionals. Your role will involve comprehensive keyword research, content optimization, performance analysis, and continuous improvement to drive results.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth keyword research focusing on user intent, relevance to ClinicMind's offerings, and lead generation potential.- Develop and execute SEO strategies to boost qualified organic traffic.- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-performing SEO-optimized content.- Enhance existing website content and structure for improved search engine rankings.- Oversee on-page and off-page SEO initiatives.- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using GA4 and Google Search Console.- Identify and implement technical SEO enhancements in coordination with the web team.- Stay updated on SEO best practices, algorithm changes, and competitive trends.- Perform SEO audits and implement optimization recommendations.Requirements:- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven record in lead generation.- Strong understanding of user intent and buyer journey mapping for effective keyword selection.- Expertise in keyword research, content optimization, and SEO strategy implementation.- Proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.- Solid grasp of technical SEO fundamentals.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.- Experience in CRO (conversion rate optimization) within SEO-driven funnels preferred.- Familiarity with B2B SaaS marketing strategies is advantageous.Position Requirements:- Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 MBPS.- Mobile data plan as a backup.- Comfortable working during US business hours (EST).- PC or laptop ownership with at least 16 GB of memory.Why Join Us - Opportunity to make a significant impact through high-quality lead generation.- Collaborative and supportive team environment.- Remote position with flexible work arrangements within US hours.,
