**MAIN PURPOSE**

Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Director, the position holder will oversee the regional planning and implementation of events and partnerships for Montblanc. The individual will be responsible for increasing brand desirability through executing memorable events and meaningful partnerships in the region. They will also be required to work on providing the necessary platforms to support client acquisition and sell-out targets for Montblanc in the region.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Marketing events/activation - Retail and Wholesale channels in Singapore and Malaysia**
- Plan and organize all major launch events for the year
- Plan and organize monthly activations to support the sell-out targets for Retail and Wholesale channels
- Plan and conceptualize channel programs - Partners Promotion, Mall Promotion and Direct Marketing in Singapore and Malaysia
- Monthly monitoring of A&P spending on marketing activations and corresponding ROI
- Liaise with Landlords and wholesale partners
- Work closely with the Commercial teams to ensure sufficient engagements to increase client exposure and sell-out
- Work closely with the relevant stakeholders to develop relevant marketing activations to meet the client acquisition and retention objectives
- Compile and analyze post event reports for performance review and optimization
- **Key Account Management
- Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam**
- Assess and review the annual calendar of marketing activations to maximize sell-out for all agents in the region
- Ensure monthly fulfillment of the marketing calendar
- Review and approve the budget allocations of the agents in alignment with sales and marketing objectives
- Align sell-out targets from marketing activations with the annual sales targets of agents
- Organize monthly meetings to align all stakeholders on marketing plans
- Work on partnership opportunities with Landlords in the markets to maximize in-store communications and social channels for brand visibility
- Plan and organize bi-monthly meetings with markets to review marketing fulfillment and targets
- Work with commercial team to align marketing activations to sale objectives
- **Partnerships**
- Source and propose relevant partnership opportunities for Montblanc in the region
- To collaborate with relevant partners to increase client acquisition opportunities
- To collaborate with potential content partners to create positive brand associations
- Explore potential capsule collections and special engagements with partners in the region that would contribute to brand desirability
- Work with content partners to provide appropriate engagements for marketing activations in the region

**SKILLS/ REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or similar in capacity
- 3- 5 years of experience in marketing/events role
- Strong communicator with the ability to motivate, inspire and engage senior stakeholders to garner support and teamwork
- Solid understanding of the luxury retail business landscape and ability to translate marketing into business profitability
- Experience from luxury industry will be an added advantage
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach, have initiative, accountability and adopts a perspective of continuous learning for self and others to enhance performance standards, drive employee engagement and achieve results
