**Main Responsibilities**
- Supervise subordinates to ensure all jobs are performed according to specifications & SOPs
- Provide hands-on technical assistance pertaining to building facilities and maintenance matters to other Departments when necessary.
- Oversee basic landscaping improvements to enhance the appearance of the Company's premises.
- Recommend and implement technological improvements to increase productivity, enhance safety and reduce wastages.
- Monitor and supervise the servicing and maintenance work carried out by external contractors for all related equipment and building facilities and ensure the output meets specifications and standards. Contract Maintenance Jobs include:
1. Aircon maintenance

2. Fire preventive maintenance for building

3. Preventive maintenance for scissor lift

4. General waste disposal

5. Landscape maintenance

6. Preventive maintenance for shuttle doors

7. Preventive maintenance for genset

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma in Electrical & Engineering or equivalent qualification**:

- **At least 3 years of building facilities & maintenance experience including leading a team.**:

- Possess good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills, with an eye for detail.
- Able to work under non-office environment and access all areas of the premises including those at height.
- **Those who possess Manage Work At Height certificate is highly preferred.**:

- **Must be willing to be hands-on to help in manual work such as simple light changing, lifting, etc.**

**Other information**
- Mon - Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm / Alternate Sat: 8.30am to 12.30pm
- Company transport is provided from Clementi MRT at 8.00am (one way only)
- Handphone reimbursement: $50/mth
- Basic Salary: up to $4000/mth
- 3 months’ probation
- No AWS, performance bonus based on company’s profitability and individual merit. Based on past years, is min 1 month
- 16 days of Annual leave
- $250 per year for Dental benefit
