**Overall Responsibilities**:
You will be assuming all-round building and facilities responsibilities of the building operations, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance.

**Key areas of Responsibility**:

- Ensure smooth operations, maintenance and security of the building and its users
- Upkeeping of the facilities and its equipments
- Investigate, recommend, implement repairs and works where necessary
- Patrolling of premises and checking on its security and maintenance
- Monitoring and reporting of any suspicious events/ person
- To perform fire safety related duties e.g annual fire drills and fire protection systems operations etc
- Responding to emergency situations as and when needed
- Processing of car park request and rentals
- Set up of rooms & equipment for events and programmes
- Planning of maintenance work arrangement and schedule
- Coordinate with partners/contractors/suppliers in the planning and execution of Building & Facilities related event/project
- Providing administrative support relating to Building & Facilities
- Any other assigned maintenance & security duties/ areas

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Building & Facilities Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in building & facilities support/management an advantage
- Pleasant with good interpersonal & coordination skills
- Possess excellent team-working, organisational and analytical skills
- Self-starter with a good eye for detail, hardworking and strong ability to multi-task
- Able to plan, oversee maintenance and repair work efficiently with mínimal supervision
- Able to work long hours, including weekends for event or emergency situation
- Immediate or short notice availability preferred
