Job Description:
**Business Analysis (Cards Issuing)**:

- Experience in Cards Issuing BA role working with leading banks / processors.
- Should be aware of Business functions in Cards Issuing Domain.
- Must have good knowledge of Key issuing process: Onboarding, Authorization, Transaction Processing, Interest Processing, Billing & Statement, Clearing and Settlement
- Should have Business Analysis Experience with at least one major Cards processing Platform: Vision Plus, TSyS, HPS, CoreCards etc; Experience with Vision Plus & HPS is desired and will be an added advantage.
- Should be aware of Scheme Integration and Interchange Processes.
- Should be aware of Cards Regulatory and Operational processes.
- Should have experience of Business Analysis for a Cards Migraton/Conversion project and proven domain and business functions expertise in Cards domain
- Conducting workshop with IT/business/operations team in order to understand the AS-IS processes / requirements and suggest TO-BE processes/requirements
- Business Requirement assessment and document business processes, flows, use cases and business requirements and help in solution development and deployment
- Work in cross functional team environment and liaise between the development / testing teams and the client in order to cascade the requirements
- Defining the analysis approach for projects, ensuring they meet Capgemini and customer needs for successful delivery
- Interact with business/SMEs/Technical stakeholders, steer workshop for requirement elicitation, system impact analysis
- Lead a team of Junior BAs, Testers
- Review analysis documents - BRD, FSD, User Stories and take stakeholder sign-off from client
- Review test strategy, test specifications ,assist in SIT and provide UAT support
- To understand the Business requirements from different business stakeholders and convert them into System Requirements in the form of User Stories and Acceptance Criteria

**Business Analysis (Cards Acquiring)**

   
- In depth knowledge of Cards Acquiring line of business; HPS Acquiring knowledge is desired.
- Should have experience in Business Analysis of Merchant Transaction Processing Platform
- Good Understanding of Merchant Onboarding process, Terminal configuration and certifications, Risk and Fraud Management and Acquirer certifications
- Should have Business Analysis experience of Merchant data analytics, Merchant services and interchange fees
- Should have experience in business functions expertise in Cards acquiring domain
- Should be aware of PCI DSS for Acquirers.
- Should have expertise with the key Acquiring functions: Merchant Onboarding, Merchant Settlement, Switch Integration, Payment Gateway Integrations, Cards EMV, DCC, Tokenization etc.
- Experience with HPS Acquirer Platform will be an added advantage
