**Key accountabilities**:
- Preparation of the regular monthly and quarterly HR reports
- Preparation of the regular quarterly and yearly MOM surveys
- Provision of the 1st and 2nd tier system and process support to HR business partners and specialists
- Basic system support and testing on SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off, and Time Managment System
- Participation in the coordination and implementation of Human Resource projects
- The conduct of HRMS data entry training for new HR colleagues
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or Information Technology
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Preferably Diploma with 1-2 years of HRIS support and participation in system implementation experience
- Knowledge of HR best practices and legislations
- Experience on SuccessFactors employee central and time off modules
- Ability to interact with all levels of employees
- Strong team player and can work with mínimal supervision
- Independent and has initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and process thinking
