Are you a strategic thinker who knows what to post, when, and most importantly — why?

We’re looking for a **Social Media & Marketing Strategist** to lead the charge in shaping our digital presence. From crafting content strategies to writing compelling copy and analysing performance metrics, this role is perfect for someone who blends creative intuition with analytical precision.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Strategy & Planning**

Develop and execute content strategies that align with brand goals and business objectives.
- **Content Calendar Management**

Maintain a consistent and purposeful posting schedule across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- **Copywriting**

Craft engaging captions, campaign messaging, and digital copy that reflects our brand voice and drives engagement.
- **Performance Tracking**

Monitor key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions), prepare quarterly reports, and share actionable insights.
- **Optimisation & Insights**

Stay ahead of trends, test new formats, and use data to refine strategy and improve content performance.
- **Creative Support**

Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, brief visuals, and contribute to basic graphics or short-form video edits.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- Strong understanding of digital trends, online engagement, and audience behaviour
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut, etc.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- A strategic thinker with both creative and analytical abilities
