**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and **analyze **business requirements related to SAP systems.**:

- **Map, model, and **analyze **current business processes using Signavio and identify areas for optimization.**:

- **Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to **design **and implement process improvements and solutions.**:

- **Use Signavio’s process modelling tools to create visual representations of business processes, workflows, and data flows.**:

- **Assist in the development of process documentation and user manuals, ensuring alignment with SAP functionality.**:

- **Conduct training sessions to educate users on process changes and SAP functionality.**:

- **Support SAP-related projects, including upgrades, new implementations, and system enhancements.**:

- **Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge business needs with SAP capabilities.**:

- **Ensure compliance with best practices and standards for business process management and SAP usage.**:

- **Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP and related business processes.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on SAP systems (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA).**:

- **Strong experience in business process modelling and optimization using Signavio**:

- **Deep understanding of SAP modules Sales & Distribution (SD)**:

- **Proficiency in process mapping, workflow management, and data analysis tools.**:

- **Experience in managing SAP implementation projects or working in SAP-focused environments.**:

- **Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.**:

- **Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.**
