AWS APJ Transformation Analyst
As a full-time transformation analyst, you will lead and manage projects to streamline and transform our operating model to unlock new business opportunities or do more for our customers in Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ). You will have the exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally and cross-geographically to identify problems and gaps, collect and analyze data, generate insights, come up with solutions, and implement them. You will execute on your proposed business transformation programs to solve difficult problems and remove blockers for our customers and our business. You will independently manage projects and run programs to deliver value for our business. To do so, you will need to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders such as sales, operations, and marketing teams. Through leading initiatives across Asia-Pacific, you will gain a unique insight into the internal workings of one of the world’s fastest growing IT organizations.

A day in the life
The Innovation and Transformation team is the primary custodian of the business strategy dialogue, steward of key growth acceleration and innovation projects as part of the VP office for APJ AGS. The team works backwards from market forces to build the vision and business strategy for APJ, defining the big go-to-market (GTM) and innovation bets and supporting experimentation to capture and accelerate growth.
