Form and oversee a team of fundraising professionals and develop as well as execute a comprehensive fundraising program that includes major gifts, planned giving, corporate partnerships, and events.
- Work closely with the leadership team and institutions to identify funding priorities and develop fundraising strategies that align with the organization's goals.
- Develop the key performance indicators and fund-raising targets to meet the funding requirements across Company
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key donors to ensure long term sustained philanthropic contributions to causes.
- Develop a fundraising brand and build reputation around strategic causes to attract philanthropists
- Develop fund-raising principles and policies for effective collection, distribution and management of funds raised. Develop and implement systems and processes to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of fundraising activities
- Support the Advancement Board Committee in the secretarial, networking and planning activities

**Requirements**:

- At least 10 years of experience in fund raising with proven and tangible track record in the amount of funds raised
- Have an established network and relationships with donors and philanthropic foundations in Singapore and beyond which can be tapped upon immediately
- Healthcare or research fund raising experience will be an advantage
- At least a degree in any discipline, such as arts, business, marketing, or communications.
