We are a well-established asset management boutique firm that focuses in hedge fund business and wealth management solutions. We are currently looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join our fund operations.:

- Assist in managing and reviewing relationships with the firm’s service providers - custodian, brokers, fund administrator, etc.
- Daily trade processing and reconciliation, follow up on settlement issues, primarily in equities-Coverage role
- Corporate actions
- Involve in automation of end-to-end trade lifecycle such as allocation, trade matching, confirmations, settlements and reconciliation
- Cash flow management, prepare payment instructions to fund and firm vendors.
- Fund accounting (equalization), review daily, weekly and monthly NAV reports
- Assist in fund and firm audits
- Assist in reviewing agreements, legal documents, other documents, etc.
- Risk management, compliance & regulatory support
- Assist in External Asset Manager business.

**To succeed in this role, you should ideally possess the following**:

- Degree in a relevant course (e.g. Finance, Business, Accounting or Economics)
- Preferably 6 to12 years of experience in any area of investment operations,
- Detail oriented and resourceful
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good level of proficiency in the understanding of equities and related derivative products
- Open attitude to learningAbility to work under tight daily deadlines

- Official working hours
- 7am/730am to 4pm/430pm
- Hybrid work mode.
