As we're growing to become the biggest and most loved brand, we are looking for**:Research Manager, Marketing Measurement **(Philippines)
The Research Manager, Marketing Measurement, will report to the Head of Research and Trends. In this role, they will work closely with product and marketing managers to understand current and prospective customer feedback on our brand and marketing campaigns as well as our Net Promoter Score This understanding is then synthesized into recommendations for refinements that maximize business impact.
The Research Manager will, under the supervision, guidance, and in cooperation with the Head of Research and Trends to build out the Marketing Measurement Practice, standardizing methodologies, streamlining processes, advocating for good practices and influencing stakeholders.
They will also work closely with our research agency to ensure the brand and comms tracker is optimised and the research outcomes well socialised and acted upon by stakeholders.
The Research Manager will also support the Research and Trends team to build out thought leadership within and outside Circles.Life (research newsletter, research synthesis and external research thought leadership blog).
**As a key member of our team, your responsibilities include**:
- Project excellence
- Manager our brand, comms and NPS tracker as the primary workstream with the opportunity to work on product discovery & validation, creative development, trend forecasting as well as market assessment as and when required
- Fulfill monthly, quarterly, annual management reporting requirements
- Discover and understand stakeholder research needs
- Formulate well thought out research plans
- Build clear, efficient but realistic project timelines and manage stakeholder expectations
- Manage vendor relationships if applicable
- Build business-relevant analysis plans
- Go beyond the obvious to investigate data from different lens and understand the deep underlying insights
- Write clear analytical storylines and build appropriate visualisations to bring the insights to life
- Present insights in a clear and engaging manner to stakeholders to inspire actions
- Thought leadership
- Build syntheses of brand and advertising learnings from internal research and external sources
- Build and maintain best practices in brand, advertising and NPS measurement
- Contribute to the monthly Research and Trends newsletter
3-5 years of experience in brand consultancy, consumer insight or market research either on the agency or client side
Must have:
- Able to work with stakeholders across seniority levels
- Able to prioritize and manage projects well
- Comfortable working across quantitative research disciplines
- Intermediate knowledge of statistics (significance tests, sampling, regression and correlations, correspondence mapping, driver analysis and other brand analytic techniques)
- Advanced knowledge of brand and communication tracking and creative development
- Advanced knowledge of branding and advertising
- Knowledge of the marketing planning cycle s well as creative development process
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically with strong attention to detail
- Able to operate independently
- Mastery of self discipline and driving discipline within the organization
- Can work on 80/20 principle, but handle detailed when needed
- Acts with integrity and respects others

Good to have:
- Experience working in a startup environment
- Experience with dashboarding software (e.g. Sisense, Tableau, PowerBI)
- Experience with statistical software (e.g. SPSS)
- Experience working with qualitative methodologies
- Experience in Marketing Mix Modelling
