**The Role**:
Apart from managing Plexxie's content marketing, a minor part of your role involves you in some aspects of client services. You will be the client's go-to person for day-to-day requirements, concerns, and challenges. You're the main point of contact with our social media marketing clients, internal teams, and other agency partners on the project. Other key projects you'll be spearheading includes Media and Influencer Management.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Create content strategy for Plexxie's marketing
- Producing the content for Plexxie's marketing which includes writing the script/guide, recording of content in video and audio format, graphic designing, creating GIFs and article writing.
- Processing briefs and managing your clients
- Assists in managing and coordinating online and offline projects - from initial planning through on-time launch.
- Provides assistance assembling creative briefs such as social media content plans, conceptual boards for photo/video production, and kick-off presentations.
- Daily engagement for Plexxie and our clients' social media accounts.
- Scheduling and Publishing Plexxie and our clients' contents.
- Scheduling and executing Social Media Advertising (Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads)
- Influencer campaign planning, executing and reporting.
- Compiles data and information from multiple sources to create analytical reports such as monthly social media reports and campaign reports.
- Creating copy for social media posts and graphic design contents.
- Have to be well-organised, responsible, detail-oriented, and digitally and socially-savvy.
- At least a diploma in Mass Communication, Business and/or Marketing.
- 1-2 years experience in content marketing in an advertising or digital marketing agency or related company would be advantageous. You should have exposure and competency in basic agency processes.
- Prior experience in professional camera techniques for photography and videography
- Prior experience in editing video content
- Prior experience in managing business profile pages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok.
- Prior experience in Meta Ads Manager (FB, IG) and TikTok Advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Having graphic design skills to create static design or GIFs
- An extremely detailed and responsible individual
- A team player: you are able to push your colleagues to deliver the best work possible, find solutions to problems, comfortable to interact with and manage different levels of seniority (both on client and agency side).

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per month
