Your role will be to develop a video and photo content for our marketing campaigns to help meet the business objectives
- Operate a variety of camera and equipments (DSLR, Gimbal, Drone, GoPro and Insta360, etc) to shoot all content
- Accountable for all video and photo content across the Decathlon Channels
- Management of the content calendar for production purposes
- Liaise with creative agency for all production shoots
- On site for all production shoots within Decathlon
- Provide highly engaging video content and memorable photo content
- Create animation storyboards for all video shoots
- Support the Social Media Lead in ideating social media content across Decathlon Singapore’s Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube to drive followers and engagement
- Assist in content analysis via social media analytics and provide actionable insights
- Will be a plus if able to setup live streaming for Decathlon social platform

Ultimately the Videographer in Decathlon is responsible for the planning, filming and editing of all photo and video content which is to be used across all channels and in store for Decathlon, aligned with the country marketing strategy.

- RESPONSIBLE, self-motivated & adaptable in the field of a fast paced and changing environment
- CUSTOMER-CENTRIC with strong sense of service and the willingness to want to help others
- You practice sports and are sports Passionate
- Collaborative team players with superior influencing skills, who build relationships easily across various stakeholder groups to move initiatives forward
- Minimum 2 years work experience in marketing, design, creative agency or related field
- Bachelor degree or diploma in film, media, communication, journalism, marketing or related fields
- Be proficient in adobe creative suite apps (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, etc..)
- Strong proficiency in Motion design (After Effects, Animate)
