**E-Commerce Executive on Tiktok
We are one of the top MCN (Multi-Channel Networks) and TSP (Tiktok Shop Partner) in Singapore. Seeking for an experienced E-commerce logistic cum admin operator.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for day-to-day operations of the company’s official Tiktok shop as well as the affiliate selling transaction on the Tiktok platform
- Responsible for Account Management & Planning for the company’s KOL, artists, and influencers, and matching them with suitable client’s product requirements, to ensure that requirements are conveyed accurately to the production team for content creation and selling purposes
- Ensure e-commerce is smooth in daily operations, from listing to inventory, order, payment, fulfillment, delivery, return & exchange, etc.
- Manage sales of Livestream including on-site support, location & logistic, flow & rundown during Livestream, supply of products, coordination with clients & partners, and provide analysis report with Livestream data after Live.
- Maintain high standards of customer service for the company’s TikTok shop and work with clients closely to ensure or enhance the overall Tiktok shopping experience.
- Work with the client’s warehouse team to ensure all orders are fulfilled promptly

**Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in an E-Commerce platform (such as Lazada, Shopee, or another online marketplace) or has operation experience in an E-shop platform
- Strong interest and understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
- Good coordination skills with clients and internal team
- Must be able to work late on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Tiktok-specific shop operation and live-streaming training will be provided.
