Trade Marketing Manager

**Responsibilities**:
Planning, implementation and localization of programming
- Co-ordinate and develop national annual marketing and promotion plans for all brands, with the objective of building brand equity and drive measurable ROI
- Develop and implement innovative, best in class promotional activities in On/Off-trade/ omni-channel, working in close coordination with the Sales team.
- Application of account segmentation principles inclusive of, managing trade allocations for respective brands
- Achieve high standards of brand visibility, visual merchandising, and activation in all target channels
- Plan and collaborate with the regional marketing team & brand ambassador in implementing global marketing initiatives, brand education and trade engagement programmes.
- Develop, procure and manage point of sales materials.
Measurement and evaluation of programs
- Analyze trade marketing investments, measure program effectiveness in collaboration with sales teams to ensure understanding and support of value
- Ensure fiscal responsibility and drive efficiencies in promotional & marketing investments
- Prepare analysis reports on best practice, competitor intelligence and local market conditions
- Co-ordinate and follow-up on outlet segmentation (On/Off-trade) mapping and distribution levels, with the aim of identifying opportunities for future action / potential investment.
Foster collaboration through enhanced communication
- Face of the brands/portfolios
- Ensure that annual marketing calendar alignment with sales team is translated into customer specific activities that enhance brand equity in accounts.
- Direct link between regional marketing and sales teams, ensuring high level of collaboration & execution within channels, across brands
- Effectively communicate brand programs and strategies in an inspiring way to ensure executional excellence across channels
KPIS
- Develop effective & measurable annual brand marketing plans and manage fiscal responsibilities in market executions, ensuring alignment across the sales and marketing organization on field sales needs
- Develop & evaluate omni-channel marketing strategy/ promotional plans, and balancing investment between commercial goals & brand equity for maximum returns
- Manage all marketing platforms executed at trade/retail level to drive visibility, volume across accounts, ensuring flawless execution
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, initiatives, customer insights, and competitor activities. Drive category and Brand strategy through identifying growth opportunities across all channels and recommend subsequent improvement plans from prior initiatives
- Develop and elevate Trade Marketing executive expertise and scope
**Qualifications**:
- 5 years of experience in the Wines & Spirits industry or other FMCG category
- Prior experience in developing and implementing brand planning in the SG market and proven social/digital skillset
- Strong communication and time-management skills
