**Your Role**

Mighty Jaxx is looking for a Senior 3D Artist to lead and collaborate on the creation of
high-quality 3D models for collectible toys. You will play a key role in shaping the strategy
and vision for creative products, mentoring junior team members, and driving the creative
process from concept to production. You will work closely with cross-functional teams
including concept artists and production teams to ensure a seamless translation of designs
into final production. You will also help refine workflows, improve effciency, and maintain
the highest standards of quality.

**Responsibilities**

**Creative Development & Strategy**
- Collaborate with other creatives and leadership to shape the strategy and vision for

the brand’s creative output.
- Continuously develop and refine your own 3D skills and conceptual thinking to

strengthen the overall quality of creative work.
- Work with fellow creatives to build and maintain a 3D asset library to improve team

effciency.

**3DModelling, Production & Quality Control**
- Plan and develop the necessary assets for the successful execution of creative

projects, ensuring high-quality output.
- Refine 3D sculpts with the creative team to achieve a high standard of artistic

delivery.
- Develop processes that ensure the seamless transition of 3D designs from concept

to production, with a strong emphasis on functionality and quality.
- Take a lead role in coordinating the sample checking process with our

Singapore-based team, ensuring shared ownership of brand quality and
consistency.
** Team Leadership &Mentorship**
- Manage and guide junior team members, ensuring their work aligns with their

skillsets and the overall project vision.
- Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to support the professional growth

of the local 3D team.
- Lead the development of processes within the local team to meet project needs and

ensure seamless functionality between 3D concepts and production.
** Requirements**
- Prior experience in 3D modelling or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in ZBrush, with solid experience in other 3D modelling software
- such as 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, and Keyshot.
- Strong understanding of art styles and the ability to translate them into creative
- work.
- Strong knowledge in related design software, including the Adobe Suite.
- A keen eye for form, shape, and structure to create collectible toys with strong
- visual appeal.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage challenging situations, such
- as tight timelines and resource management.
- Passion for toys, collectibles, and pop culture.
