**Your Role**

Mighty Jaxx is looking for an experienced 3D Artist to design, model, and render 3D assets
that align with our brand and meet production standards. You will work closely with the
concept art, production, and marketing teams to bring our collectible toy concepts from
initial sketches to final production. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring our products'
artistic quality and appeal.

**Responsibilities**

**3DModelling & Rendering**
- Create detailed 3D models of collectible toys using digital sculpting tools (e.g.,

ZBrush & Keyshot) based on concept art and references provided by the design
team.

- Ensure that all 3D models are production-ready, optimised for 3D printing or mould

creation.

**Collaboration**
- Work closely with concept artists, art directors, and the production team to ensure

that models meet artistic and technical specifications.
- Participate in creative discussions and contribute to the design and development of

new toy concepts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and content to ensure

cohesive product presentations.
** Quality Control & Feedback**
- Oversee the production quality of prototypes and ensure they align with the final

design specifications.
- Review and refine 3D models based on feedback from internal teams and external

partners.
- Maintain a high level of quality assurance in all aspects of the 3D production

process.
** File Management & Organisation**
- Organise and maintain 3D assets in our shared Drive, ensuring all files are correctly

named, archived, and easily accessible.
- Ensure smooth workflow and file sharing between teams, adhering to established

file management protocols.
- Assist in documenting the 3D design process for future reference and training

purposes.
** Requirements**
- Prior experience preferred in 3D modelling, preferably in the toy, collectibles, or

entertainment industry.
- Proficient in industry-standard 3D software (e.g., ZBrush and Keyshot). Experience

with rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Arnold) and texturing software (e.g., Substance
Painter) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, form, and proportion. Ability to create both

stylised and realistic models.
- Keen eye for detail and precision, ensuring that models are of the highest quality.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as 3D printing, injection moulding, or
- other production techniques relevant to the toy industry would be a bonus.
- Strong ability to communicate ideas, interpret feedback, and collaborate effectively

with other team members.
