**Key Job Purpose**
- To help build analytics expertise in the Environment and Water Research domain to establish itself as a World Class Analytical and Environmental Sciences Centre and well recognized in Singapore and beyond, enhancing the academic excellence of NTU and attracting interest of more industrial collaborators

**Responsibilities**:

- Support research work on hydrodynamic and water quality modelling in coastal waters with waves and currents
- Develop original software for the modelling simulations and output visualization
- Summarize the findings in this project and produce the presentations and reports

**Job Requirements**
- PhD degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 4 years of research experience in modelling of hydrodynamics, including development of original algorithms and software for the modelling including fluctuations in the free surface
- Highly motivated person who is able to work independently
- Good communication skills & team player
- Strong interest in research work
- Highly driven, independent, and resourceful
