As part of this dynamic role, you will report to Product Owner, Customer Success. You will work closely with the Product owners, Analytics and Digital marketing teams to analyse data and deploy enhancements/experiments to drive user performance and manage engagement and Rewards programmes to drive app stickiness.

Key Responsibilities:
Data-driven insights and design
- Analyse performance data to optimise user acquisition and engagement journeys
- Ensure data/insights are available for Product owners to include in functional requirements, wireframes, user journeys, design and Product(s) requirements, and other artifacts as needed to support technical design & development

Continuous Product improvements
- Work closely with data teams to track results and translate insights into actions

Engagement programmes
- Delivery of in-app contact programmes and gamification campaigns to drive engagement and stickiness
- Manage in-app Rewards programme
- Onboard Group-driven app features and localise content

Leadership
- Stakeholder engagement through roadmaps and communications
- Collaborate with Group Digital & IT teams to deliver objectives
