**Sales Strategy Execution**:
- Execute ERP Cloud GTM that builds 5x pipeline cover, drives pipeline progression & quality through systematic sales initiatives
- Meet quarterly linearity targets (quarterly targets and month-to-month targets)
**Commercial Construct and Deal Advisory**:
- Ensure the priority opportunities are prosecuted and closed by providing deal construct leadership and solution expertise
- Articulate value proposition of S/4HANA Cloud solutions and differentiators
- Lead-by-example in front of key/strategic customers, presenting compelling proposals and commercial options
- Build strong sales best practices around deal qualification and closure process
**Channel & Partnering**:
- Work with Hyperscalers and jointly define the approach towards SAP accounts.
- Build and scale a sales model to drive existing and net new sales with partners including VAR and System Implementers
**Experience in Cloud in the B2B environment.**
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA functional delivery and scoping
- Experienced with public cloud ERP sales
- Proficient understanding of SAP, its products and solutions, partners, markets - or competition.
- Understanding of cloud, SaaS / PaaS models, cloud-based commerce/ business networks.
- Strong knowledge of best business practices and financial theory and analysis.
- 5+ years customer-facing experience (sales/business development/consulting/presales)
- 5+ years of professional sales experience with demonstrated expertise meeting and overachieving sales quota for the region
