Warehouse and Logistic Supervisor

Singapore CHEE SONG FOODS PTE. LTD. Full time

Coordinate with Inventory Management team and forwarder, and assign shipments to Third Party Logistics providers
- Supervising team of logistics admin duty
- Responsible for coordinating with clients on delivery order and returns
- Responsible for the packing of items picked for delivery / shipping / transfer, etc.
- Plan, proceed, and monitor the delivery status of inbound and outbound shipments
- Perform, prepare, and support the preparation of warehouse transaction
- Ensure accuracy of inventory and all inventory transactions
- Generate and prepare shipping documents-Co-ordinate and liaise with forwarders
- Responsible to maintain a clean warehouse environment (5S)
- Work closely with various departments to resolve any warehouse operation related
- Ad-hoc jobs assigned by supervisor

**Requirements: -**
- Prior relevant warehouse management experience and working in a cold room environment
- Has experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Prior knowledge and hands-on experience on Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Hands-on, result oriented and demonstrated ability to resolve problems
- Prior experience in leading and managing a team
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel etc)
- GCE ‘A’/‘O’ level or equivalent
- Preferable with Mandarins speaking associates in view of business communications
- Able to commit 6 Days Work Week (Mon-Sat)
- Working Location at Senoko
