Roles & Responsibilities
- Industry/ Organization Type**:Wholesale Trading**
- Position Title**:Warehouse/ Logistic Supervisor**
- Working Location: Tuas (Nearest MRT: Tuas Link)
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri 7.30am - 4.30pm, Sat 7.30am - 11.30am)
- Salary Package**:Up to $2,800 + Bonus**
- Salary Range: SGD 2,500 - SGD 2,800
- Duration: Permanent
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle day to day operations in customer order entries and delivery arrangements to customers.
- Liaise with suppliers and the transportation team on delivery plans.
- Monitor and order supplies to maintain suitable inventory levels.
- Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
- Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Maintaining inventory records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
