**Senior Project Manager**

to our Engineering Solution team in Tuas, Singapore.

You will focus on delivering one or more simultaneous projects in the delivery phase in terms of time, cost (profitability) and quality. In this job you will work closely with the Engineering Solution Manager in providing the expertise and resources to identify the project risks

**Your role in our team**

During early stages of a project such as Feasibility Study, the Senior Project Manager has responsibilities and accountabilities for specific tasks and deliverables of assigned projects.
- Support the effort to identify, evaluate, and select project alternatives by providing relevant project development and execution expertise
- Provides the expertise and resources to identify the project risks
- Develop the milestone schedule and requirements for integration turnaround
- Prepare the cost estimate
- Develop detailed plans for Definition and high-level plans for execution
- Lead engineering team

During definition and execution phases the Senior Project Manager shall be accountable for overall delivery of assigned projects including, but not limited to, the following:

- Manage the projects according to Neste operating model roles and responsibilities
- Manage the projects according to Neste operating model safely in compliance with agreed project scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
- Track project's scope, schedule, and costs for changes. Prepare change requests of any deviation and lead the approval process.
- Maintain a strategic focus for the project with frequent interaction with the Development Manager, Owner, and Line Manager.
- Ensuring project team members' understanding and commit to project scope, schedule, and cost as well as driving for project team members' ownership of own scope.
- Driving for project management best practices and efficient communication in order to create seamless and goal-oriented teamwork in projects.
- Sharing project management best practices within the organization
- Ensure efficient communication and information sharing between NES disciplines and other project stakeholders.
- Develop and implement mitigation plans for off-schedule/budget/deliverables, unanticipated occurrences, and risks.
- Develop and implement mitigation plans for deviances in schedule/ budget/ deliverables as well as unanticipated occurrences and risks when required.
- Ensure that project execution shall fulfil requirements of law and authorities and that all required permits (e.g., building permit) have been granted. Maintain awareness of safety and environmental requirements.
- Reporting projects' status according to agreed principles.
- Maintain project's data promptly up to date in Neste Engineering solutions ERP -system.
- Ensure and assist preparation of Customer invoices and approve them for invoicing.
- Hand over the completed project to Owner as agreed

**Keys to success in this role**
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in engineering or other applicable field
- Significant experience (15 Plus years) in Project Management in EPC / EPCm industrial investment projects including strong customer interface
- Strong insight in proactive Project Management and Control methods, procedures and systems
- Broad understanding of investment project life cycle including engineering design, procurement and construction as well as interactions ther
