**We are hiring a UX Lead**

Your work is required to design web-based user experience using various tools including React and GraphQL, prototyping in WordPress or Drupal. You should also be knowledgeable in HTML and CSS with adequate understanding in the server-side infrastructure. At Mills, our development work are primarily web-based or PWA. We also design and produce different interactive such as AR or Mixed Reality to support the customer's marketing activation. If you have possessed the knowledge in processing and visualizing web-based dataset such as search or analytics and applied them into the design consideration, then it would be a plus for the job.

Our UX Lead is more like a digital front-end designer position. We will assess and demand your skillset in the front-end design and technical know-how. You are expected to be an agile doer and effective communicator. Your works are full of excitement and challenge with a lot of interactions and learning with the creative people and marketers.

If you have prior experience working in a digital agency, then you are the ideal person who we will consider the right fit.
