**About Us**:

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a freelance curriculum developer to craft our new courseware.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our content team to understand course objectives, target audience, and learning outcomes.
- Utilize your expertise in marketing to design comprehensive and structured course outlines that align with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Develop engaging and interactive course content, including video lectures, quizzes, assignments, and hands-on activities etc.
- Implement DDLP (Digital Learning and Development Principles) to create a seamless and user-friendly learning experience for our students.
- Incorporate multimedia elements, such as graphics, animations, and simulations, to enhance course content and foster student engagement.
- Ensure that the course content is delivered in a clear and concise manner, making complex marketing concepts accessible to learners of all levels.
- Review and iterate on course content based on feedback from internal stakeholders and beta testers to ensure the highest quality of learning.

**Requirements**:

- DACE & DDDLP certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a strong background in creating successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Previous experience in instructional design and developing online courses is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a straightforward manner.
- Proficiency in using course authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS) to build and deliver courses effectively.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines independently.
- A passion for staying updated with the latest marketing trends and e-learning technologies.
