- This contractor role is recruited in partnership with our enterprise client on an adhoc basis.You'll be required to collaborate with our client/customer to conceptualize the vision for each course, partnering with expert industry instructors to bring this vision to life.These courses prioritize video-based instruction, led by industry authorities, rather than relying on Learning Management Systems (LMS). Designing a course necessitates familiarity with video production methods and the flexibility to tailor design concepts accordingly. While prior experience in video-based learning design isn't mandatory, it's advantageous for success in this role.**What you'll do**:

- Interpret content briefs to understand the course vision and target audience.
- Craft clear and concise learning objectives and outcomes for each course.
- Research, gather, and structure course content in line with project requirements.
- Infuse creativity and engagement into course design, ensuring alignment with video learning style.
- Collaborate with scriptwriters to finalize course scripts and ensure instructional clarity.
- Customize courses for client businesses, tailoring content to meet specific needs.
- Develop evaluations to assess learner comprehension and progress.
- Create supplementary materials to enhance the learning experience.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Cultivate relationships with instructors, fostering collaboration and innovation.

**Who you are**:

- Proficiency in instructional design principles.
- Application of adult learning principles.
- Demonstrated track record of designing high-quality training, online or offline.
- Experience or keen interest in the hospitality industry (preferred).
- Possession of a Certificate IV Training and Assessment or equivalent.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong time management skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Background in Learning and Development.
- Prior experience in instructional/learning design for training purposes.
- Familiarity with online video course development and strategies for enhancing online engagement.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in delivering online content to diverse audiences, including senior and junior participants.
